30-Day Guarantee
RETURN POLICY (30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE)
To be eligible for the Thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee, merchandise must be postmarked on or before 30 days of the original date the merchandise was received by the customer. Any returned merchandise that exceeds the 30-day postmarked return policy will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender. Merchandise must be returned with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Any merchandise returned without an approved RMA# will be refused and returned to the original sender. The RMA# will be issued by a Manufacturer’s Customer Service Representative and must appear on the Bill of Lading. Returning merchandise must be boxed in its original packaging and shipped in a manner that will avoid damage to said merchandise while in transit. At the sole discretion of the Manufacturer, any damage to merchandise while in the customer’s possession and/or due to inadequate packaging by customer, may result in a.) a onetime merchandise reconditioning charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the merchandise original purchase price or b.) a voiding of the 30-day guarantee eligibility.
The customer must fill out the support/return form to receive the required RMA.
