Shipping and Returns

TERMS OF 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

All pickup Dr. Performance diesel modules are backed with a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your module within thirty days of receipt of your module for the full refund of the original purchase price. (Any shipping will not be refunded).

RETURN POLICY (30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE)

To be eligible for the Thirty (30) day unconditional satisfaction guarantee, returning merchandise must be postmarked on or before (30 days) of the original date merchandise was received by customer. Any returned merchandise that exceeds the 30-day postmarked return policy will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to sender. Merchandise must be returned with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any merchandise returned without an approved RMA# will be refused and returned to the original sender. The RMA# will be issued by a Manufacturer’s Customer Service Representative and must appear on the Bill of Lading. Returning merchandise must be shipped in a manner that will avoid damage to said merchandise while in transit. At the sole discretion of the Manufacturer, any damage to merchandise while in the customer’s possession and/or due to inadequate packaging by customer, may result in a.) a onetime merchandise reconditioning charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the merchandise original purchase price or b.) a voiding of the 30-day unconditional guarantee eligibility.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Manufacturer warrants all its products to be free from any defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of ONE consecutive year, beginning from the original date merchandise was received by customer. The sole warranty obligation of the Manufacturer is limited only to repairing or replacing any part or parts of merchandise returned to the manufacturer with all shipping charges prepaid. Warranty will be null and void on any merchandise that has been determined by the Manufacturer to have been altered, abused, physically damaged, used incorrectly, or not installed in accordance with Manufacturer’s installation instructions.

WARRANTY SHIPPING PROTOCOL

The Manufacturer is not responsible for any applicable shipping charges on repaired and/or replaced merchandise under warranty. All warranty repair/replacement merchandise will be shipped freight collect. Merchandise sent to Manufacturer for repair/replacement must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for tracking purposes and must be within one year of the original purchase date to be eligible for warranty. Repairing and/or replacing merchandise is the sole discretion of the Manufacturer. Any merchandise received by the manufacture without a RMA# will not be eligible for warranty.

All shipments of returned merchandise must be accompanied by a packing slip. The packing slip must be affixed to the returned shipment and be clearly marked to indicate such. The packing slip must show:

Complete customer name, invoice & address
b. Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
Reason for return (problem with or failure of product, dissatisfaction with product, etc.)

Shipping Errors

After your receipt of a written authorization and the assignment of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, shipping errors may be returned. Please attach your invoice number and date sent on your packaging slip. Ship returned merchandise prepaid. Returns due to reasons other than Manufacturer’s error may be charged a 25% restocking fee.
